Question about lag and stutters

GPU: 1050 TI 4GB

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x
RAM: 16gb ddr4

Im new to Hackintosh and I have used my current modified efi for Sonoma, Monterey, Ventura
Works great but I have a few issues Is it supposed to be laggy and slow since I'm using open core legacy patcher or its an issue on my behalf also audio cuts out sometimes when listening to something Spotify, YouTube etc its really laggy
