How to Dual Boot Linux and MacOS on the same SSD

Hello, I'm interested to do a Hackintosh in my computer and I would like to install MacOS Sonoma with Linux on the same SSD, i'm still learning and trying to figure out what things I exactly need to do to be able to do that, but I didn't find anything related to dual booting. If I install OpenCore with MacOS first I can later install Linux with some type of option or something else? Or I first need to install Linux and later try to install OpenCore? also another question that I have is about my hardware, I'm not sure if my Hardware is supported by MacOS Sonama, here is a detailed info about my hardware:

Intel Core i5 7400
ASUS EX-B150M-V3
16 GB of RAM DDR4
RX 580 with 8 GB of VRAM

However, something that i'm really not sure is about my Ethernet, I use the Ethernet port of my motherboard and some guides said that some types of Ethernet ports are not supported but I didn't find any information about my Ethernet hardware, I'm using Linux right now but how I can know if my Ethernet is supported or not?
