Installation was successful, but can't see the initial screen.

So i had to get rid of mac on my laptop for work purposes, now i have another PC and want to go back to mac on the laptop, in using a saved EFI folder from a successful preview installation, same laptop same everything, i thought i was gonna be on mac within minutes. The whole thing goes like butter, except that at the last reboot, instead of seeing the initial setup screen, i get stuck on a mac logo with 1.3 of the loading bar, if i use -v keepsyms=1 arguments i get stuck and cant see the initial screen, but i can hear instructions from the voice helper, and if i click on random keyboard keys i hear the beep error for each key i press. So the initial screen its there i cant see it for some reason. I tried a few arguments, but nothing worked.

This is on an hp ice lake 10th laptop, Intel Iris plus graphics. Again, this was a successful laptop i even upgraded it to sonoma. So I'm not sure what to do anymore. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks for reading.
