Please Help: Ventura on 27'' iMac (late 2013)

Hi, I'm using a 27'' iMac (late 2013) that runs on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7. I want to update to Ventura using OCLP 1.5.0

Doubts:

Should I update to Big Sur, or is it okay to go to Ventura? (My iMac support OCLP Ventura installation.)
I should go ahead with the new opencore patcher.pkg rather than the GUI app, right? What should I do with the Autopkg-Assets.pkg then? When should I install that, or is it installed automatically with the patcher app?
I'm now getting a very new version of Ventura which is 13.6.9, that was updated on 14th August 2024 - no tutorial videos mention this version. Should I install that latest version, or should I stick with an older version?
