ASUS BT400 not working properly on Sequoia

I have the ASUS BT400 Bluetooth adapter and it's not working as it should. AirDrop detects Mac OS from my phone but not the other way round and none of the continuity features are working at all.

I'm using BlueToolFixup with the kexts loaded in the correct order. Handoff worked when I first loaded the kexts when WiFi wasn't working but it's now deciding to not work at all.
