Is there any way to get MacOS 26 styling on a 2015 macbook pro? And how do i put ventura 13.5+ on it

15 inch I7 16gb ram 250gb MacOS Montery 12.7.6

Wondering if i can get the app skins on my mac in any way possible i dont necessarily want the liquid glass i just want the app skins. And also is it true i lose features when i update via OCLP like airdrop and other stuff? What else do i lose?
