Does Ozmosis bioses have included kexts for the specific motherboard?

I'd like to try the Ozmosis bios mod (downloaded the Sierra-ready one for my GA-Z87-HD3 here: https://www.hackintosh-forum.de/index.php/Thread/18112-Ozmosis-Mod-f%C3%BCr-das-Z87-HD3/).

Does it have included kexts so it loads them during boot? Or do I have to install them the normal way (i.e. to the HDD)?
