Context: I installed 10.10.5 (downloaded directly from my mac mini) with Clover over my Dell 3421 (2015 laptop). I decide to go with 10.10 instead of sierra because I can't download Sierra from my mini (2009) and I see other people with the same laptop successful install Yosemite, but no more info about other OS X versions.
A little of patch and kext and i have a full working machine, power management, brightness, wifi dongle with sleep, webcam...
So i copied my installation and update one of them to sierra, after days, and days, and nights too of search how can i make it work, i just really can't get the same level of efficiency i already have on 10.10.5
Brightness dosnt go the same level of "low brightness" in sierra, system don't sleep if i have the wifi dongle plugged, webcam... in the beginning i can't even boot sierra, but with a lot of research i can solve almost all problems except for that 2.
My question: Can i archive eventually the same level of working hardware in sierra or isn't possible make the same hardware work in new Mac OS, maybe i am trying the imposible, should i stay in 10.10 and give up with Sierra? For example Spark app (mail) doesn't work on 10.10 anymore and i suspect when High Sierra come out this year even more apps eventually stop update for 10.10 :(
