I've been trying to create a USB installer for High Sierra so that I can perform a clean install on my x220 and a friend's macbook pro, however, the version being downloaded by the app store is only 21.7 MB in size, and gives an error when I try to create an installer using terminal.
What is the correct way to download the full installer of macOS High Sierra, so that I can write it to a USB using createinstallmedia? Any help would be appreciated
