Hey guys, I’m asking for advice on picking the right monitor, since those on the tonymacx buyers guides don’t fit my preferences. I’m trying to build a low budget rig with a huge 4k monitor, so I can have a lot of text pages open at the same time and I figured it’s a lot cheaper to buy a 40” 4k screen instead of two 24” 4k screens that roughly make up half the screen size of the 40” monitor together. The one I’m looking at at the moment is the Philips BDM4037UW, here is an amazon link:
My question now is, what should I look out for when picking the right monitor for a hackintosh (I’m talking compatibility wise), because asking Google and looking into the tonymacx guides and forums didn’t help me. I could find anything specifically about choosing monitors.
