Hackintosh running a little weird after updating to 10.12.6, looking to do a fresh install of High Sierra. What is the best way with an i7 7700k?

So I installed the 10.12.6 combo update and now some weirdness happens occasionally.

• Photos doesn't work properly and my iCloud photo library / photo stream doesn't work since it says it needs MacOS Journaled formatted HDD when I try to turn it on...It worked perfectly in 10.12.4.

• HUGE lag upon coming back to it after 30 minutes or so. Computer and Hard drives are NOT set to sleep or turn off. Just photo slideshow screensaver should happen. (Changed screensaver to text, same issue).

• Upon completed update to 10.12.6 and logging in, it asked me to setup a new password separate from my Apple ID password which I used previously on 10.12.4.

Here is my build that High Sierra will be built on.

Since High Sierra supports Kaby Lake natively, I don't expect any weird issues. I just would like the best way to install since I have found a few different ones upon my search.

Which method worked for you? Also I wanted to do a reinstall since with my current install I got some help from a lot of awesome people on here.

I also scoured the forums and boards and pretty through any and all remedies to get it to work at the time. So Would like to make this as clean as an installation as possible. :)
