Is my laptop compatible for hackinstoshing?

Hello all, I'm wondering if my laptop is compatible for hackintosh. It is a Dell Inspiron 15 5547, with a i7-4510U (Intel HD graphics 4400).

The motherboard model is 0598GM.

If there's any other info that I need to provide, then I'll gladly provide it :)

Also, if my laptop is compatible for hackintosh, can I install OSX after installing Windows 10 already, or do I have to format the drive and do a fresh installation of OSX, followed by Windows 10?
