So, after many hours of struggling and trial and error, I finally managed to boot into the MacOS installer. Unfortunately, my keyboard doesn't work, though it did in Clover. I still have full mouse control.
I have an x99 system (5820k, asus X99-A), with a GTX 1080 and 16GB RAM. I have a regular USB keyboard, no drivers installed at any point.
