[QUESTION] So lost as to what GPU is better

So, looking through benchmarks between the Vega 64 and the 1080, they both have strengths and weaknesses. I know Vega will be supported in December on the release of iMac Pros, and most likely will be smoother throughout macOS, but the 1080 allows me to get the card I like (The Zotac with the backplate that has the yellow stripe, yes I know I’m weird). Although, I hear that NVIDIA cards aren’t as 100% reliable as an AMD card would be on a Hack. But looking at how the 64 draws 110+W more than the 1080 for almost the same performance, I’m just as lost again. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
