Does 10.13.2 brought native support to Coffee Lake?

Hello, I made a post recently about updating a CPU and one person (/u/piiggggg) commented that 10.13.2 brought native support to Coffee Lake.

First of all, thank you Piiggggg. Can anyone else confirm that to me, because if it did, that would be so much easier to upgrade my CPU. I'm asking this again because I want to confirm that before spoofing my HD and since I didn't see any SMBIOS with the 8000s configuration, always good to check
