Sleep & Wake and power management problem

I'm scratching my head like crazy on these problems.

Here's my build:
* i7 4790.
* GA-Z97-D3H.
* GTX 980Ti.
* BroadCom BCM4360 Half-PCI.

Kexts used:
* Lilu.kext
* FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext
* FakePCIID.kext
* AppleALC.kext
* FakeSMC_ACPISensors.kext
* FakeSMC_CPUSensors.kext
* FakeSMC_GPUSensors.kext

* IntelMausiEthernet.kext

I have 2 problems, which I think are related.

• sleep and wake doesn't work. It goes to sleep, but instantanely re-wakes.
  My pmset -g assertions.

• Power management / speedstep does seem to work, but no x86Platform, applelpc kexts are loaded...
