The reason I ask is because I'm in the process of patching a DSDT however the raw DSDT.dsl file (I extracted the .asl and then used RehabMan's iasl to turn it into a .dsl) won't compile raw. I initially thought it was my patches but then for troubleshooting, I just extracted the file and tried to compile immediately, still getting errors.
The problem here is that I don't know enough programming language to correct the issue.
I'm happy to upload my DSL files if someone wants to take a look. I thought there also might have been a mismatch between iasl used to extract and MacIASL that I used for compiling/patching but they're correct (Other files have no issues)
I extracted my dsdt via the F4 option in clover as recommended.
Sooo... Any developers in here wanting to take a peek? If I can at least get it to compile normally, I can handle the rest.
