Can I rename Dual Boot drives?

I have Windows and OSX dual booting on separate SSDs with Clover (UEFI). I mostly use OSX and both drives are named "Untitled."

In Windows, I know I can go in and rename its drive by simply right clicking. But is it a good idea?

And likewise, can I rename the Mac drive when I am inside OSX?

I just want to make sure I don't throw a wrench in there with OSX/Windows/Clover and cause one drive to somehow become unrecognized by Clover.
