High Sierra Boot Loop

I've got a fresh install of High Sierra, the latest version from the AppStore, using the Vanilla Guide here.

The install went through, but when I try to boot from the drive (using Clover) I get stuck in a boot loop. It goes by super fast before it instantly reboots, but I took a video from my phone.

CPU: i7 4770k Mobo: Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H-CF Graphics: GTX 970

Using the latest version of Clover, with a SMBIOS of 14,2. I've tried a lot of different boot arguments including nv_disable=1, but nothing seems to get me through the boot. Searching "boot loop" on hackintosh gives a hell of a lot of results, but most of them seem to be related to driver issues. I can't even get to the point where I'd begin to install drivers.
