[Help] Dell Optiplex 3050MT - High Sierra 10.13.3 - Can't reach installer - Reboot Loop

I'm having issues with this particular dell machine.

Been trying for the past two days to get event he installer going using Clover but no luck whatsoever.

I'm creating the bootable usb on my ProBook 6470b running Sierra 10.13.2.

High Sierra 10.13.3 downloaded from Apple App Store

Latest Clover r4411.

Specs:

*CPU: i5 7500 3.40ghz - Kaby Lake

*GPU: HD630 Intel

*RAM: 16 GB - 2 Slots - 8GB Each slot

*HDD: 1TB - Non-SDD

*Chipset: B250 Express

Can anyone help me getting High Sierra running on this ?
