I got banned off of TonyMacx86, and I don't know why, so could you help me with some USB problems?

Windows 10 running macOS Sierra through VirtualBox.

My USB2.0 32GB would crash around 2/3rds of the way through the installing screens so I bought a new USB (16GB USB3.0) and it isn't recognised by VirtualBox. "Failed to a attach the USB device"

Any ideas?
