Installing on one PC, using the drive on another one. Possible?

Hi guys, I am using Unibeast to try and make a Hackintosh. But turns out I can only access the installation in one of my two PCs, on the second one the loading bar(after boot and selecting the installation) just stays stuck at the beginning.

Can I use the first PC to install OSX in an SSD and them plug the drive on my second PC?

Here are the configs:

• PC1:
• MB: ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-I
• CPU: i7 8700k (stock)
• GPU: MSI 1080ti 11gb

• RAM: 16gb

• PC2:

• MB: Gigabyte Ga-H110M-H DDR3

• CPU: i3 6100 (stock)

• GPU: Zotac 950 4gb
