New High Sierra 10.13.1 install on Pentium G3258 much slower to boot due to kextd stall

Hi there; I've recently gotten back into Hackintoshing after my 2 partially successful (and frustrating) attempts a few years back, and I'm happy since this is my most successful (and easy) attempt yet. My full specs are as follows:

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 @ 4.3ghz 1.375v core voltage

Mobo: MSI Z97 Gaming 3 BIOS ver. 2.A (latest version)

GPU: MSI R9 380 w/ 2gb VRAM

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1333mhz

HDD: Toshiba 1TB 7200RPM DT01ACA100

Monitor: Rebranded HP 2310 HDMI 1080p monitor

Mouse and Keyboard: Some cheapo $5 USB keyboard and mouse

My problem is is that my High Sierra install has started taking much longer to boot up lately due to a kextd stall:

kextd stall[0], (60s): 'X86PlatformPlugin', 'ATY,AMD,RadeonFramebuffer', 'IOHDACodecFunction'

It still boots up but takes much longer (around 2-3min). What could be causing it? I have a feeling it may be Lilu or one of its related kext (I have Lilu.kext, Whatevergreen.kext, and AppleALC.kext all installed in my CLOVER/kexts/Other folder) since I found out that removing AppleALC.kext stops the stall and that when macOS gets past the stall, my onboard sound does not work correctly leading me to believe that it may not have loaded properly (although for the first few hours I had AppleALC installed I experienced no such issues). I have also uploaded my EFI folder to Google Drive in case anyone would like to take a look here. Thanks in advance.
