Some help patching a kext for wifi

Hi all, I have successfully converted my dell latitude e7440 into a hackintosh. Everything except the WiFi is working. The original WiFi card was not compatible but I had one which is and installed that. It's a dell 1901 with the ar5b22 chipset. This is installed, but I have no idea how to get the PCI I'd and patch the atheros40 kext.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Also I've been using osxlatitude.com for guides, but as of at the moment it isn't loading for me at all.
