Trying to dual boot High Sierra and Windows 10, dont have a Mac

Im trying to install High Sierra and dual boot to it on my Windows 10 pc (already have windows 10 installed) and id like some help- i dont have a mac i could use but i do have 2 hard drives for the seperate OS's.
