If I leave my hackintosh on for 12+ hours, it freezes

Usually what happens is when I go to bed, I just turn off my monitor (I don't put my hackintosh to sleep because it can't wake from sleep.) When I return in the morning it's frozen on a random frame of my screensaver.

The time for this to happen seems to be about 9 hours, as if I sleep less than usual, the PC is still working just extremely slowly.

I don't know if this is related; I just found my hackintosh in such a state (hasn't hanged, but is VERY slow.) I took a screenshot of activity monitor, literally no application is open besides AM. Out of my 16GB of RAM, only 0.78 is free?! Here's the screenie.

I don't know for sure that this is just a RAM issue. I'm on High Sierra with a GTX 1060 and web drivers. I once heard something about Nvidia macOS drivers and memory leaks, though I don't know if that's what's happening here.

Anyone know what could be going on?
