Best WiFi/Bluetooth PCI E card? (Also for Windows)

I would like to use AirDrop, Bluetooth and maybe unlock with Apple Watch, but also I want it to be functioning in Windows too. I know that someone has been able to make it work with some Bootcamp drivers.

I found this on Amazon. I am open to any advice/critic you can provide me.
