(wierd) I'm having problems with Wondows !

I have dual boot (10.4.5 + windows 10) Mojave is running super smooth everything is working (except sleep which I don't mind) On the other hand im having a lot of wierd problems with windows! -doesnt restart or shutdown -random USB port stops working (all working in Mojave)

I tried to change XHCI to auto but didn't help much ! Has anyone experienced something similar? Or maybe it's corrupted windows ? (I did a clean install on a separate SSD)
