Swapping 2 graphics cards that are both natively supported

Hi,

I'm building a hackintosh and I recently bought an rx 5700xt, but I'm not sure if that video card is natively supported yet. I was thinking about buying another cheap graphics card that is natively supported to use while apple releases native support for Navi. When the navi cards are supported and I need to swap the cards, is there anything I need to do before or after I swap can I just put the new one in and expect it to work? I'm installing 10.14.5. Thanks!
