After much searching online, getting a 1080 to work on a High Sierra was quite hectic, finally got it through using hit and trail, thought i`d share it with everyone.
My System Specs
Core i7 3770
Asus P8Z77-V LX
Nvidia GTX 1080
You can just pull in the code from github, its a working EFI Folder

Instructions so far
- Install High Sierra Using Unibeast
- Boot into and Use Clover Configurator to Mount EFI Partition
- Copy the Clover Folder
- Install Nvidia Web Drivers
- Just go through the config.plist if you need to tweak something
