Can I put a Hackinthosh and a Windows on two partitions of the same drive?

I am planning on building a machine that has one 2TB SSD M.2 drive. I would like to split this drive into two 1 TB partitions and put a Hackintosh (probably 10.15) on one and a Windows 10 Home system on the other.

I am fairly confident that this works (in terms of drive formats), but wanted to make sure before I buy a 2TB (which have a better, i.e. lower price:GB ratio) drive just to realise afterwards that I would have needed 2 1TB drives (which my Motherboard would support to). I might be missing something...
