Can't boot from Clover

I'm doing my first Hackintosh build and can't seem to boot into the OS. My specs are

mobo: Gigabyte Aorus Z390 Pro Wifi

CPU: Intel i5

GPU: MSI Radeon RX 580

I made the USB in Unibeast and I'm trying to boot from that. The computer starts up fine and shows the screen in my first picture. When I click boot it displays the white apple logo and then changes after a few seconds to the no symbol in the second picture. One time it stayed as the white apple logo and then didn't do anything for about 20 minutes. How can I get it to finish booting?
