How to enable modification of S/L/E in Catalina?

Hello everyone. I have a successful Hackintosh on 10.15 Catalina (i5 6500T, HD 530, 12GB DDR4) but I need to modify the S/L/E folder in order to replace IO80211Family.kext to get my Wifi card (DW1510 working).

When I run the following command - sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/IO80211Family.kext - I get the error that S/L/E is read only. Is there any way that I could enable the modification of S/L/E, or is this not possible? Thank you.
