Have multiple display output, how to "route" them?

Okay maybe the question is confusing but here is the complete story,

I have a HP ProBook 440 G6 laptop, and it got DisplayPort (via Type C) and HDMI. I Tried connecting my TV Via HDMI but the tv says no input. Other windows laptop working fine with that cable and TV. So i think the display is routed to DP instead of HDMI. The question is : how to make the HDMI working?

Note #1 : I don't use DP so if i should disable it it's ok

Note #2 : Graphics acceleration working fine, The System Information shows Intel UHD Graphics 620 1536MB
