[HELP] File system that can be read-write by Mac OSX Catalina, Windows 10, and Ubuntu 20.04

Is there such format, tried ext4 with ext4fuse on mac but it would took 150% core, can't write, and there's a junky recursive directory created "Backup.backupapp" everytime i right click on Finder (so checking disk usage with `du` will always failed)

also ext4 cannot be written by windows (using the Ext2 Volume Manager on Windows)

is there such file system that can integrate well with all those 3 OSes?

I'm using Ryzentosh Catalina btw
