[HELP] Can't boot anything post Sierra on my Thinkpad T430. This is the screen I get when I boot Mojave or Catalina installer.

I have tried different versions of OC but the result is the same. Sierra boots fine but no luck with anything that came after.
This screen comes up as soon as I boot up OC. I've also tried almost all the troubleshooting tips on Dortania with no luck.

Specs: Thinkpad T430
CPU: Core i5 3320M
Ram: 8GB
WIFI: Intel Centrino Advance(Not expecting it to work)
