Can’t boot without pendrive

Hello,
I have a samsung laptop NP350V5C-A02AE
CPU: Intel I5-3210M
GPU: Intel HD 4000
Put internal SSD in it
I followed the dortnia opencore guide but can’t boot without usb drive
Please help
