I need help.

A psychopath put his paws on my sister. Just some fcking low life she went to school with, obsessed with her for years, refusing to take 'no' for an answer. I've found out he beat her, forced himself on her and I really do not want to go into further details.

Long story short - I've found out too late, she refused to go to the police second time and now the piece of shit is harassing our entire family. Police, of course, can't do nothing without 'solid proof' or 'catching him in action'. He calls my mother from a hidden number 24/7, calls my sister, calls my father, each one of them a 100 times a day. He keeps creating fake social media accounts with her and my mothers pictures and names, stalking, won't leave us be. Basically cyber bullying.

Since I can't do a fucking think, I thought to get him back by doing the same. So I'm wondering - is it possible to create a code that would call him and his family from a hidden number 24/7? How can I do that? I really have nothing but the basic knowledge of programming languages, not enough to do it myself despite so called tutorials online.

I really, really need help. I'm sick of this shit and desperate enough by now to write this as my desperate attempt to do idek what. If anyone could reach out I'd be forever grateful.
