is possible to mount a Hackintosh New Way with intel processor F or iGPU is needed?

I'm mounting a new hackintosh PROXMOX (New Way) with a MOBO ASUS Z790, video card AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT.
I'll need iGPU to do proxmox instalation or something else or I can buy the procesor version F without iGPU ?
I'm asking because I've being watching some video that the guy couldnt initialize the computer with the RADEON CARD for some reason and he have to use the iGPU graphics to do the instalation, them configure the Video Card.
Is that right?
