Hello guys I want to hackintosh my pc
Motherboard: Gigabyte (I don’t know) CPU: i7 920 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285 WiFi: Realtek Ethernet
I’m gonna use opencore for the bootloader and I have an hdd with high Sierra already installed on it I’m gonna use the lyynfield guide since this will work with my cpu but I’m worried about the gpu. Usually when I use opencore for hackintoshing my gpu is disabled out of the box and I usually enable it by using platform id and device id but I wasn’t able to find anything. As far as I know I also need web drivers for my gpu but if anyone knows can someone provide me with a guide on how to enable it? If not I don’t mind switching to clover. I should also mention that it’s a legacy system with no 3.0 ports (no Xhci handoff) but I have done it on even older systems with opencore no problem.
