I need Macos for video editing, Hachkintosh vs M2Max?

I've been using Windows so far but i just need Macos to convert Prores Raw video files into Prores 4444.

So basically i need Macos for a small task, But the thing is i have huge video files to convert.

For Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro, How much of difference will there be between Hackintosh and M2Max?

The Hackintosh setup i'm expecting is 13700K, 32gb Memory, Gen4 SSD, 6900XT or 7900XTX.

Some people say that in video editting the performance on M2Max will be way better but i'm curious because actually 13700K and 7900XTX are more powerful hardwares.
