Installer log: Should I just wait?

Hi, fairly new to Hackintosh. I'm at booting the installer from OpenCore. I see a white Apple logo and it stays there, not doing anything. No loading bar, no movement, it's frozen.

I really have the worst hardware available for the Hackintosh (11th Gen Tiger Lake and I purchased a used Sapphire RX 570 and have put that in the 2nd PciE Slot of my motherboard. I disabled my main nvidia gpu by compiling a SSDT-GPU-DISABLE.aml from scratch.

Can somebody more experienced tell me whats going on?
