Anyone with a Dell XPS 13 9300 running macOS?

hey! i currently run windows 10 on my Dell XPS 13 9300, but i really wanted to switch to macOS, but im scared

anyone here running mac on a dell xps 13 or has done it before? was it easy to set up? what version of mac are you using?
