I have a 2015 13" MacBook Pro with an i5 and 16 GB RAM. I'm using macOS Ventura with OPCLP, and I'm experiencing an issue where the system consumes all the RAM even with nothing open, and the fans constantly fluctuate between minimum and maximum speeds within seconds. The thermal paste has already been replaced. Is there anything that can be done to control the fan oscillation and reduce the noise, as it's annoying, and to prevent it from using so much RAM when idle?
Is there any setting to make Safari functional? Because when I use it, the fans start running at maximum speed.
