I can't get past initial Apple loading bar for install... tried everything. (high sierra)

I've tried to follow many Clover guides but each time I get the same result... White circle with line through it after the Apple logo + loading bar almost finishes to begin install.

Specs:

Motherboard - Asus Z170-A Processer - Intel i7 6700K SSD - Samsung 960 Evo Nvme (256gb) Ram - 16gb PNY anarchy ddr4 Gfx card: Nvidia 1080

Is there a way to provide any additional info that might help better explain what I'm doing wrong?
