Kaby Lake or Coffee Lake?

I am thinking of building my first Hackintosh, and want to know whether to choose between Kaby Lake or Coffee Lake. I am going for the i3, but I am unsure as to what to get. It is going to be for basic use such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc. What should I go for?
