Need Help cleaning up partitions.

I got MacOS and Windows all up onto one SSD successfully with no issues. Problem is that I have a lot of random partitions probably through making things work the way I wanted to. Now I'm really confused on what it should look like and I'm super OCD. I also have a 2 TB HDD separated between MacOS and Windows but that doesn't seem to have issues. Basically, I'd like my drives to be like this: 59.4 GB - Mac OS SSD - I'd Like my EFI to be here as well. I'm confused if thats the case here or not. 59.4 GB - Windows SSD 1 TB - Mac OS HDD 1 TB - Windows HDD
