Question about BCM94352Z M.2 keying and length.

Anyone know the keying on BCM94352Z? Appears to be M.2 but I want to confirm mobo compatibility. Secondly, can I use a shorter (2230) card in a motherboard listing 2242--2280? Assuming yes because the card is shorter but has the same width.
