Stuck at disk utility on Mac installer

So I've been following this guide from this one site and have been able to make my USB a bootable installer which I can boot through UEFI on the boot manager (I think that's right anyways)

So I can boot it up and and occasionally the installer will freeze up and will require a reboot (I'd say so far maybe 4 outta 10 tries so far) but eventually gets to the language select screen.

I can get past the language screen and get to what looks like a very basic version of mac just to install. I get to the disk utility and it just sits there trying to load the disks. Longest I've probably sat watching it try and load was about 10 minutes or so before I gave up and just assumed something isn't configured right.

I've gone through my bios and made sure to disable anything like vt-d or enable something else. I've posted my specs here - https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/761fvj/think_i_could_install_mac_on_my_pc/ - I was told I could install Sierra on my PC and me getting to the disk utility makes me feel like it's possible and I'm just one more step closer to finally getting it working!
