How Easy is Ryzen Installation and General Usage?

Hi,

I'm fifteen and I want to build my own computer. I have made my old computer into a Hackintosh, so I am fairly experienced with Hackintosh-ing. I'll link to the post I made about it below.

So Intel CPU prices are pretty high right now, and I don't even have a job yet. Once I get a job (which has proven to be very difficult in the state I live in) I'll save enough money to build a PC. I absolutely hated the installation process I went through to install MacOS, and I ran into dumb issues such as only half of my RAM being detected. Things like the App Store work, but iMessage and Siri don't. I didn't even want to attempt updating to High Sierra through the streamlined process in the App Store because I knew I wouldn't be able to go back if it went wrong.

Anyway, I'll stop rambling. My main concerns are these -

  1. How easy is the installation process for a hexacore Ryzen 5 (I am flexible when it comes to difficulty as long as it's possible)?

  2. Is it even worth it (would it work well with a 6 GB 1060 GPU or 1070? Do things like the App Store, iMessage, and Siri (Optional) work well?)

  3. Would I be able to update through the App Store? I don't want to go through reinstalling MacOS over and over and ensure that things such as drivers are compatible. I know I would need to update drivers and such, that is a given, but I would like to keep my data and not reinstall everything again just to update.

I would appreciate any help.

Thanks,

-Cameron

Also, things such as iMessage and general usability deteriorated over time, one of the reasons why I'm a bit concerned about using Ryzen as opposed to going with Intel.
